Unzipping Your Files

1. Create a new folder on your desktop called Program Files*
2. Right click the icon associated with the program you wish to install and select "save target as" or "save link as" to download the zip file. **
3. Click the folder Program Files, click "open" and then "save"
4. Once you have saved your zip file to the folder of your choice, you must extract all the files from the zip folder.
5. To extract the files, double clip the zip icon. From the file menu select Extract All.

All of the presentations are created using Microsoft Power Point. Once you have saved your files to your PC or laptop, double-click on the Power Point file to run the show. All of the files should be saved to the same location on your computer. If you move or delete any of the files, the show will not function properly.

*	You do not have to save the files to your desktop or name the folder "Program Files". However, saving to the desktop is less cumbersome than having to navigate to subfolders.
**	Internet Explorer users right click and choose "save target as", Firefox users right click and choose "save link as".
